Reformer Offerings

Beginner-Friendly
The perfect introduction to reformer Pilates. Expect a full-body workout designed to help you connect your mind and body, engage your deep core muscles, and maximize every movement. You’ll likely discover muscles you didn’t even know existed.

Suitable for all levels, including pregnancy. We recommend attending a few of these foundational classes before progressing to other formats.

Objective: Focus on form, alignment and breach/movement connection.

Reformer Form

Intermediate
An intermediate-level class that focuses on movements that flow together to combine the right amount of resistance integrated with dynamic movement. Reformer Body focuses on seamless flow sequencing, allowing you to seamlessly transition from one sequence to the next as yo gain a fully body Pilates class.

Pre-requisite: Please ensure you have attended at least two Reformer Form classes before joining.

Advanced
An advanced-level class that focuses on movements that will challenge your strength by combining exercises that combine stability and strength challenge. Medium weights may also be used. 

Pre-requisite: Please ensure you have attended a minimum of two Reformer Form classes and one Reformer Body class before attending.

Reformer Power

Intermediate
For the cardio and jump lovers. Reformer Pace is a playful, heart-raising class that brings energy and joy back to your movement. Using the jump board attachment, you’ll move through dynamic sequences that have you literally taking flight on the reformer — building strength, endurance, and power with every jump. It’s a fun, freeing way to challenge your body, elevate your heart rate, and rediscover that feeling of lightness and play.

Pre-requisite: Please ensure you have attended a minimum of two Reformer Form classes. *Not suitable for pre-natal clients.

Reformer Pace

Intermediate
A blend of reformer Pilates and mat-based strength work. This higher-intensity class offers the unique benefit of combining heavy weight training with resistance work on the reformer. Expect to move dynamically, challenge your body, and leave feeling strong and accomplished.

Pre-requisite: Please ensure you have attended a minimum of two Reformer Form classes.

Reformer/Mat Strength Fusion

Intermediate
A high-energy, full-body class that moves with purpose and rhythm. Creative, seamless flows are paired with uplifting music to spark energy and focus. You’ll transition fluidly between sequences using weights and resistance, finding that sweet balance between strength and flow. Expect to leave feeling powerful, awakened, and completely alive in your body.

We love mamas This Pilates-based class helps you reconnect with your body—the same body that brought new life into the world. Expect gentle resistance and progressive strengthening to rebuild your foundation, breathe deeply, and restore balance.
You’re welcome to bring your baby along, provided they are immobile and secure during class.
