Assembly Pilates + Strength
This Assembly signature class combines contemporary mat Pilates with strength training. We begin with Pilates exercises to prime your body, improve control, and activate key muscles. Then, we transition into strength training using dumbbells (5–20 lbs) to challenge your range of motion and build total-body strength. The result is a class that elevates your energy, strengthens your body, and leaves you feeling powerful and capable of reaching new heights.
