Cancellation Policy.

We require a 10 hour notification period to cancel a class.

All cancellation should be made via Mindbody and should not be done via email:

• Log into your account>Go to the “Schedule” tab > Click on “Early Cancel” OR “Late Cancel” on the right-hand side

You can be added to a class from a waitlist up to 10 hours prior to the class. If you are added to a class from a waitlist is is assumed you will attend and you will be added to the class. Please remove yourself from a waitlist as soon as possible once you know you can no longer attend. If you are let into the class and do not attend or late cancel the associate fees will apply.

No Show/ Late Cancel Fees*

• Clients who are booked into a class but do not show up are subject to a $15 fee

• Clients who are cancel less than 10 hours prior to a class are subject to an $10 fee

Class Package Holders

If you do not cancel prior to 10 hours in advance your class pass will be forfeited.

Please note that if you do not arrive on time your spot may be given to a waiting client.

Doors to the studio may be locked 5 minutes after the start of the class.

Refunds and Credits
